1. Tommy and Tallulah
Tommy and Tallulah are both 8 years old and are thought to be twins. While both of the twins are enthusiastic and supportive by nature, Tommy is adventurous and a tad impulsive and often acts before he thinks. Which can get him and his twin sister into trouble. While Tallulah is more creative and a natural problem solver.
Purfferty is Tommy and Tallulah’s friend and a dog-shaped train that helps all the citizens of Ticketytoc get around. If one of his friends calls out his name, Pufferty will usually shapeshift into the form of a dog. Mr Coggins often calls on Hoparoo for help fixing various parts of Ticketytoc Clock as Hoparoo is a DIY expert. That is of course, when he’s not getting himself into trouble.
Some of the shows minor characters include Chikidee, Ticketytoc Town’s weather chick who sits on top of the clock on top of the clockhouse and Madame Au Lait, who takes care of Tommy and Tallulah.
